Man, the trade with the Rockets is looking better and better for the Kings. Patrick Patterson is contributing nicely. Cole Aldrich almost looked like an NBA player for a few minutes. And now Toney Douglas has transmogrified himself into an ice cold clutch assassin. Meanwhile the Rockets got Franisco Garcia. YAWN.
This game was really close until the 4th quarter where Toney came and just totally kicked the Clipper’s heinies with a barrage of threes. Take that, Flop City! It’s too bad that the Kings have way too many guards and even this performance won’t earn him consistent minutes.
