Austin Rivers 22 Points Full Highlights (12/28/2016)

For being one of the top teams in the league, the Clippers sure are trotting out some funky-ass lineups. Injuries suck, but they suck even more when your team’s bench depth consists of Wes Johnson, Marreessseeeee Speights and two empty Gatorade bottles. I am seeing more minutes for more scrubs than I have ever seen since Ryan Gomes was the one throwing lobs to Blake Griffin instead of Chris Paul.

J.J. Redick being out because he likes pissing on chicks (it’s true, look it up, I’m not even joking right now he likes giving golden showers) and he got infected from it (I’m not sure how) means that Austin Rivers gets to play, and not only play, but shoot lots of shots. 20 shot attempts for Daddy’s Boy this game, resulting in 22 points. Not bad, but not that great, but also not that bad. Definitely could be worse. He got to show off his crossover, which is always a treat, even if it’s the kind of crossover where most of the moves don’t do anything at all to get him closer to the basket.

That sounded mean. I’m sorry. I’ll try to be more positive about the quality of Rivers’ crossovers in the next description.
