Enes Kanter 29 Points Full Highlights (1/15/2017)

Enes Kanter has been providing some seriously good production for the Thunder and, depending on how concussion-y Steven Adams’ concussion-like symptoms are, he might be in line to do even better. Per 36 averages are always iffy for bench players like Kanter, but I think he’d be able to maintain them for at least a few games before the increased workload got to him.

Look at tonight for evidence. This performance is a season high in points and rebounds for him, done in his third-highest minute total of the year. His all-around best game, and it will be promptly ignored in favor of yet another Russell Westbrook triple-double. There’s probably some really smart NBA writer who can figure out how many trippy-doobies Westbrook would have without Kanter, but I’ve already offered my guess: zero. People keep ignoring Kanter’s contributions to Westbrook’s historic season, so I’m going to keep reminding them, okay? I hate it when role-players get forgotten in the blinding radiance of their superstar teammates.
