Jrue Holiday did a lot of great stuff tonight, accumulating enough units for what is commonly known as a “triple-double”, which seems to be some sort of statistical feat. I can’t figure out the exact specifics, but everyone seems to think they’re really good, so I’ll roll with it. But the best part of his night was the two brutal blocks (on dunk attempts, no less) he had late in the fourth quarter. The last of which gave the Pelicans a chance to win, which they blew. I didn’t show that part, because I didn’t want people to get sad.
Pat Connaughton and Damian Lillard should be ashamed. Connaughton more than Lillard. That was embarrassing, what happened to him. Getting denied right at the rim Ibaka-style by a PG? It’s a good thing he didn’t cost his team the game with that.
