JaVale McGee 20 Points/4 Blocks/1 Three Full Highlights (10/24/2018)

My hope is that I get to make a highlight video for every game JaVale McGee appears in this season, hopefully 82 of them. Then, at the end of the year, I can stitch together all the vids into one McGee MEGAMIX that contains everything he did in the whole season and goes for like 2 hours. You thought dunkilations were sweet? This is gonna be next level.

Realistically, I don’t see how McGee can keep averaging 16 points per game like he is right now, because things are always weird with him. He had consistency in Golden State, in that he was consistently underused because Kerr thought he couldn’t shoot threes. My personal theory on how the season goes for him is that the Lakers trade for Hassan Whiteside around Christmastime and McGee starts pouting and then throws out his back trying to dunk from the free throw line again, sidelining him for the season.

But that’s in the future. The future, for our purposes, is not important. What’s important is that McGee scored 20 points, blocked the crap out of fools, and hit a three-pointer. It was just about the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen, but it went in, and he got to do the three-point celebration he’s been saving since he first got to use it back in Denver.

Speaking of which, remember the sweet chemistry he and Andre Miller had up there? I’m hoping he can rekindle some of that with Lonzo Ball.
