Klay Thompson 27 Points Full Highlights (12/5/2012)

Klay Thompson’s dad, Mychal, was an accomplished NBA player. But he only made one three-pointer during his entire career. His son Klay regularly makes more threes than that in a single quarter (including this game, where he splashes five treys in the third). Even Klay’s scrubby castoff brother Mychel Thompson made more threes than that in the five games that the Cavaliers saw fit to play him. So where did Klay get his obsession with long range bombs? Well, I’ve done some research, and I found out that Klay’s mom Rychel once played an entire season in high school without attempting a non-three-point field goal. Yeah, pretty crazy. She shot over 50% from distance on 18 attempts per game, but she was 6’8” so she probably could have done better since she was never contested.

Believe it or don’t.
