Wes Johnson 18 Points Full Highlights (3/11/2013)

One of the best ways to tank is to get a talented yet undeveloped player, play him thirty minutes a game, and tell him to take all the shots. This accomplishes two things – you lose most of your games, because the player taking all of your shots is horrible, and you develop your raw player. The Bobcats tried this with Kemba Walker last year and look how well it worked! It’s completely foolproof.

The Suns started out the year with winning on their minds, but now that it’s obvious their roster blows chunks, they can play Wes Johnson big minutes and hope he takes them to the promised land of a high pick. The problem is, Wes Johnson is done developing. He will never be good. In fact, there’s a word for players who are taken high in the draft yet fail to live up to the hype. It’s right on the tip of my tongue…drat!
