How many technical free throws can one guy hit in a game? What’s the record? Because 5 is a lot. Ray Allen is a great guy to have in those kind of situations.
Which brings me to my next topic: that new delay of game rule. It messes me up. When I watch college basketball (which is rarely), whenever a defender touches the ball after a made basket I automatically think “T him up!”. Same with NBA games from the past. I just can’t get it out of my mind. Even playing pickup I don’t want to touch it after its gone in. I’ve been corrupted by David Stern and his cronies.
Anyway, yeah, Ray Allen is still pretty good. The city of Miami has him to thank for winning their last chip; if he misses that shot in the Finals people are talking about where LeBron is going next and the entire landscape of the league could shift. Instead, nothing but positivity from the Heat. Which is a shame. I was really hoping LeBron would take his talents to Milwaukee.
