Jared Sullinger is a fortunate guy. The Celtics’ coaching staff actually told him to shoot MORE threes this year. I’ve been ragging on him for shooting too many and it turns out it’s not even his fault. Sorry Jared. I guess the idea is that since this is a lost season anyway they should experiment with Sullinger pretending he’s Dirk. Makes sense, especially since Sullinger already kind of had the range.
I wish someone would tell me to shoot more threes. Not like I already don’t shoot a ton of them but sometimes I feel like my potential hasn’t been entirely unlocked. I just need the green light. And the, in the immortal words of Hedo Turkoglu, ball.
