Call me a loser, but I’m simply not that excited for the Raptors-Nets matchup. I didn’t really like either of these teams in the regular season. Watching the Nets is no fun because being reminded that Kevin Garnett sucks now is depressing. And watching the Raptors, well, Canadians are weird. Super weird.
So excuse me if I don’t have any amazing insight on this series.
Mirza Teletovic didn’t do anything in the first game, but the Nets won so it doesn’t matter. He’s just a bench player and him doing good or not shouldn’t have much bearing on the Nets’ success, given that this is the playoffs. Case in point: he had a decent game tonight and his team lost. His three triples, including two really deep ones weren’t enough. I blame Jason Kidd for thinking that Alan Anderson is worthy of minutes.
