Here’s some statlines for you:
Player A: 12 points on 3 of 11 shooting, 2 assists and 2 turnovers.
Player B: 17 points on 6 of 10 shooting, 3 assists and 3 turnovers.
One of these players have it all. The other is an injured, past his prime player. Can you figure out which is which?
If you thought player B have it all, you were mistaken. Player B is Devin Harris. Player A is, of course, Monta Ellis. Way to come through in the big game, Mr. Ella. Much was made of his resurgence this year. I’m not totally convinced that he’s any better than before, but I’m a bit bitter over how crap he was in Milwaukee.
Meanwhile Devin Harris had three good games this series, which is more than he had during the entire regular season. He might be totally done, but at least he can provide some entertainment for beleaguered Mavs fans. And he can still dunk! That’s more than Vince can do anymore.
