The 76ers are going to be hard pressed to win 5 games this year. They had a decent (meaning 10% or so) chance at victory tonight against the horrible Knicks, and they only managed to lose by 8. That’s pretty good, imagine a few extra shots dropping and they’d be celebrating like it’s game 7.
Nerlens Noel has shown some stuff to be excited about, but all the negatives from the scouting report are still there. He can’t shoot, his willowy frame is pushed around easily, and his rebounding is thus not as good as it could be. And who would’ve thought he’d be averaging more assists than blocks? That’s a positive if I ever saw one.
