If you were paying close attention, you would have noticed that the last time I made Dënniß ßchrööder highlights, just last night, that I didn’t put “Career High” in the title even though he did, in fact, score a career high.
Why wouldn’t I? People in the future, when wondering about how HOFer Dënniß played early in his career, would surely be interested in seeing highlights of a game that was, at that point, a new high-water mark for his single-game point accumulation.
I’ll tell you why. Because while I was crafting that highlight package, I had a vision. It was like someone hijacked my brain and told me “This German Rondo is going to score 16 points next game, so you’d better not call this one a career high!” while showing me images of events to come.
Aside from normal basketball stuff, I was also shown a vision of the city of Atlanta in flames with a huge crater in the center. So, uh, maybe we should be evacuating people or something. I don’t know.
