One of my biggest regrets this season will be not including in this vid the Kings’ color commentator saying “Those are Wilt-type numbers!” after Ben McLemore scored 17 points in 8 minutes or whatever. As you can tell, I don’t have very many regrets, because this one is kind of minor. What can I say? Fretting about a highlight vid left uncompiled or a piece of asinine commentary left unincluded is like daydreaming about that chick from high school pre-calc with huge ta-tas. It’s in the past, and nothing will change the past. We can only change the future.
Those ta-tas were absolutely freaking MONDO, though. Back problems were definitely in her future.
Anyway, yeah, Ben McLemore just scored 22 points, disappointing considering he dropped 17 in the second quarter. He’s had a few good games since the Kings made that trade that everyone had an opinion on, but he’s had more total duds and games where he didn’t even play. What’s the deal here? Aren’t the Kings supposed to be developing him or something?
