Can we, uh, just keep this lineup for the Cavaliers for the rest of the season and playoffs? I’m willing to give Kevin Love a few minutes when he gets back, but otherwise, this rotation looks perfect. Full of players who play hard and don’t whine about touches/minutes, I don’t have a clear picture of who John Holland is but he’s probably taller than Isaiah Thomas, this is something I can get behind.
Kyle Korver, playing 32 minutes because of LeGM desiring his outside shooting, went off against his former team, scoring 30 points and hitting 7 triples. His 4 straight three-bombs put the game away; the rest of the game was mop-up duty and allowed LeBron to notch a few more stress-free dimes. It’s easy to say that the Cavaliers only won this game because it was against the Hawks, but given their last few games, I wouldn’t have been surprised if they lost this one with all the now-traded players.
Now I’m getting mad thinking about all the sweet Korver performances that were taken from us by that midget.
