If the ROTY of the Year award was as “what have you done for me recently” as the MVP award, Collin Sexton would be way in the lead. Sure, Trae Young had that 49-point game, but that was practically a million years ago now, and he hasn’t been as amazing these last few games. Meanwhile, Sexton has had a 7-game streak of sick scoring, making 10 or more shots in all of those games but one, and is now even leading the Cavaliers to wins (????) against playoff teams (??????????). The Bucks, Raptors, and Pistons have all tasted his fury recently, and it tasted salty.
I waited as long as I could to make this video, because I’m still mad about the Bucks without Giannis losing to the Cavaliers without LeBron. Come on. It’s just the Cavaliers, it’s not even a good team, and I was led to believe that Giannis is surrounded by elite talent who don’t even need him to win? Frickin’ Sexton dominated them. Even though he’s a midget and he sucked dong for a big part of the beginning of the season, he dominated them. God damn it.
So here you go. It’s about a full day late, but better late than never, right? I’m frickin’ cursed to make Sexton highlights every game until the end of the season, he’s just going to keep scoring 23 or 25 or 28 forever. Thank the gods that the Cavs season is almost over.
