Nikola Vucevic 26 Points Full Highlights (1/21/2015)

I’m trying to figure out how many points Nikola Vucevic would score if he was given the amount of touches, as, say, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Certainly, his efficiency would go down being the sole centerpiece of the offense, but that’s why you shoot more shots; so you can keep scoring points even while being less efficient.

Vucci Mane is already getting as many shots up as Kareem was getting later in his career, about sixteen per 36 minutes. If we bump that up to nineteen or twenty and up the free-throw attempts correspondingly, Nik could easily get up to twenty-five points per game. Given his unathletic game predicated totally on skill, and his minimal effort on defense, he could keep that kind of scoring up for a good seven or eight years.

Uh-oh. I’m getting excited now. What if Nik was not only a multiple-time All-Star, but also regarded as one of the best offensive centers ever? How awesome would that be? It wouldn’t even be unreasonable to think he could be a HOFer if he scored 20 PPG until he was 34.

If Jacque-Off Vaughn doesn’t put this plan into practice immediately, I’m calling the cops, because underutilizing your gifted, scoring-minded center should be illegal.
