Trevor Ariza is having a career year in terms of not sucking. His three-point shooting, which was absent at the beginning of his career and iffy more recently, has been very good this year. Is this just a case of a guy taking a decade to figure it out, or are there other factors at play?
It’s not the point guard play. Trevor played with Chris Paul and still wasn’t very good, and John Wall, while good, is not on Paul’s level. It must be something else.
Maybe he’s so inspired by playing near the greatest politicians of our time that he balls super hard to impress them? Here’s a hint Trevor: most of those senators and stuff are from places other than DC and thus enjoy NBA teams other than the Wizards. He might be watching you browse the internet, but I don’t think Obama was watching when you hit 10 threes. He’s more of a Bulls fan.
