Luke Babbitt 21 Points Full Highlights (4/3/2016)

This afternoon’s matchup between the Pelicans and Nets was a testament to how messed up rosters and playing time can get at the end of the year. It was, almost literally, like watching two D-League teams duke it out. Scrub central. The most proven player in either lineup was maybe… uh… like Omer Asik or something. Him or Wayne Ellington. That’s how bad it was. Or, maybe, how GOOD it was. Means more scrub highlights for me, right?

Luke Babbitt is certainly having a good time, as a freshly-minted first option. Someone has to shoot shots for New Orleans, and there is no one more qualified than he. How messed up is that? Jesus. I can’t even believe that I’m talking about Babbers as if he is some sort of good NBA player, talking about his no-jump jumper as if it has any utility, but here I am, saying such things. This whole sitch is blowing my mind kind of hard, I need to lie down for a bit…
