Before the 2015-16 NBA season started, facts about Dwight Powell were hard to come by. Intrepid researchers could search for weeks without finding even a single one, and what we did know came from dubious sources. It was a dark time in the field of Dwight Powell study, but with a new season came a new dawn of enlightenment. Several new facts have been gleaned through careful observation, which will now be presented in rough order of importance:
-Is Canadian
-Can dunk
-Dwight Howard and Josh Powell were on the same Rockets team for a bit; has anyone heard from either of them lately? Spooky!
-Looks white, but isn’t
-Still rocks the “Dwight Power” nickname hard, though
-He’s no Dirk Nowitzki
-There is a whole brand of geese named after his home country of Canada
Despite the seeming thoroughness of the above list, do not think that Dwight Powell is a solved problem! There are still many facets of this enigmatic charcter that have not yet come to light. With the dedicated work of scientists, yet more facts will no doubt be forthcoming; keep an eye out for the second edition of this work sometime next year”
