Kyle Korver 18 Points Full Highlights (5/6/2016)

Fans of esoteric sports will no doubt be aware of something called “Korfball”, which is a basketball-ish game played in the Netherlands. I’m not exactly sure what makes it different than Netball because, to be honest, why would I educate myself on sports that are kind of like basketball but aren’t basketball? It’s pointless. Anyway, it doesn’t matter, because this description isn’t about Korfball.

It’s about “Korvball”.

“Korveball?” you ask, gazing confusedly at your media device. “What the heck is that, Dee Tee Bee?”

Let me enlighten you, ignorant one! It’s a new sport I just invented approximately 5 minutes ago. I haven’t fleshed out all the details yet. Remember how long it took Naismith to make basketball what it is today? Give it some time. I do have a few major aspects laid out already, aspects that make up the core gameplay:

-It involves a regulation-sized basketball and regulation-sized basketball hoops on a regulation-sized basketball court
-Shooting the ball into the basket from a long distance is the only way to accumulate points
-Two teams of 10 players, 1 of which is the “Korver” and the other 9 are “screeners”
-Only baskets made off of screens count
-No one gets to touch the ball but each team’s respective “Korver”
-Punching is allowed
-Kyle Korver is automatically the MVP of any Korvball league that forms

As I said, not fully fleshed out yet, but I think this is a great start. I only need a little bit of capital to get the ball really rolling on this one. Isn’t there some sort of TV show I can go on and pitch my idea to prospective investors?
