“Dear Diary,
A few days ago that meanie Chris got injured again. He hurt his little baby thumb from sucking on it too much. Daddy said we all need to start playing extra good from now on but then I said we wouldn’t need to because I would be the point guard and I would make sure we won. Then daddy said that I need to be a better team player. That made me sad because I don’t like it when he scolds me.
I had a good game and scored a lot of points but I was mad the whole time because Raymond got to be the point guard. I still started the game but daddy didn’t want me to handle the ball for some reason. During timeouts I kept calling Raymond “dumb fatty” to see if my dad would let me be the point guard but he ignored me when I did that.
I thought I would be the favorite now that Chris got hurt, but Raymond is the new favorite. I don’t like Raymond. He’s old and slow. The good part of it is that I should be able to play better than him and then I can be the starting point guard. Raymond sucks.
