Tyson Chandler 22 Points Full Highlights (1/19/2017)

This is Tyson Chandler’s 16th year in the league. It seems like just yesterday people were calling him a bust because he was the 2nd overall pick and couldn’t score even when he wanted to. Where has all the time gone? Now he’s a respected savvy veteran role-player, so respected and savvy and veteran and role-playing that he earned an All-Star appearance.

Given his style of play, his 22 points tonight, and his seeming immortality in terms of rebounding (this year he’s at 15 per 36!?!?!?), I don’t think it’s out of the question that he could play 20 seasons in the league. Can you imagine that? Only 5 dudes have played that long: Parish, Kevin Willis (he’s the odd one out here, so much so that I have to use his full name otherwise you wouldn’t know who I was talking about), Garnett, Kareem, and Kobe. 20 seasons for Chandler would take him to 40 years old, so he’d be pretty useless at the end of it, but you can’t take away his vet savvy.
