Donatas Motiejunas 14 Points Full Highlights (1/23/2017)

If someone who pays more attention than I did to the whole Donatas Motiejunas situation could tell me who was screwing who, that would be great. Because I don’t really know. Was D-Mo screwing Houston? Was Houston screwing D-Mo? What about Brooklyn? Were they the screwer or the screwee? Did they get screwed by Houston or by the NBA? It all seemed so confusing.

One thing’s for sure: Lithuanian NBA fans were getting screwed out of primo D-Mo action. Actually, not just Lithuanian fans. Every NBA fan, no matter their country of origin, were denied their rightful D-Mo for Three-mos and crafty post moves. The elites played their games of power, and the average Joe lost. Big time.

We haven’t heard much from D-Mo since he signed with the Pelicans. There are certain roadblocks to him getting tons of playing time (a certain dude with only one eyebrow), and he hasn’t been very effective with the time he has gotten. The D-Mo we saw two years ago may be gone for now, sadly. Him signing with Brooklyn would’ve offered a great opportunity for tons of minutes, but someone screwed someone else and didn’t happen.
