T.J. Warren 24 Points Full Highlights (10/20/2017)

So T.J. “Warren Peace” Warren missed two free throws with a second remaining to tie the game. That really sucks for him; most likely he’s now afflicted with “Nick Anderson Syndrome” and will never be the same player again. Every time he steps up to the line he’ll have vivid PTSD flashbacks and turn into a clank machine. He might even have to contemplate an early retirement. The good news is that he scored 24 points in the other 47 minutes and 59 seconds of game time after scoring just eight in the season opener. The gooder news is that the Suns are tanking, so failing to send the game to overtime is actually a positive outcome from a team perspective, even if Warren personally would have wanted those free throws to go down.

The best news is that the Suns commentators are back to saying “Proud to own the three point zone! Fulton Homes donates 100 dollars to charity,” after every made three-pointer. I really love how it takes ten full seconds of game time to say that whole long sentence, and in the meantime, more worthy subjects of commentary are ignored in a blatant display of corporatism. Thanks Fulton Homes. A hundred bucks per three sure is a lot for a company who makes millions building unsustainable cookie-cutter homes in the middle of a desert.
