Myles Turner 24 Points Full Highlights (12/10/2017)

Things were looking bad for the Pacers when Myles Turner came back from his injury: four straight losses. Most people who noticed weren’t too worried, but I definitely was. I thought, for sure, 100 percent, that Turner had destroyed the good chemistry that his team had built up without him, that he had come in with his pineapple head and ruined the careers of all 14 of his teammates. Looking back, I may have overreacted, but in my defense, four losses in a row is a lot. I start thinking about possible trades for Bucks players if we lose a quarter.

The Pacers are back to their winning ways now, thanks in large part to the heroic efforts of Victor Oladipo (thank GOD I don’t have to do his highlights anymore, the one for tonight would’ve taken HOURS). Turner isn’t back to his old self from last year, at least in the midrange jumper department, but he looked damn good tonight. I don’t know if it’s different from last year, put he’s putting tons of unnatural arc on those jumpers. Like, the way he moves his arms shouldn’t result in that drastic of a parabola. Too much wrist action? He’s the NBA player here, so I’m going to let him do his own thing. It works sometimes, at least.

Also: the huge black dude in the crowd flexing his muscles is Turner’s father. Not just some random fan. That’s why they were showing him.
