Andrew Harrison 16 Points Full Highlights (2/4/2018)

If Andrew “32% Rookie Shooting Percentage” Harrison continues to play well, you know for a fact that his twin brother Aaron is gonna get another shot at the league. Brothers hook each other up with NBA gigs all the time because a familiar last name is way more likely to trigger something in a GM’s rapidly-Alzheimering memory than some random scrub’s name in some random domestic league in some random European country. Them being twins just adds another layer of certainty because they’re mostly the same person. If one of them is good at basketball, then the other one can theoretically be just as good, even if, in practice, there are differences in attitude which skew their respective abilities.

It damages Aaron Harrison’s case a little bit that he was already in the league and didn’t do anything (he was 5-of-23 from the field in two seasons with the Hornets). It also damages his case that he was an extremely hyped high-school prospect that went on to be underwhelming in college (this is case for Andrew as well). But what definitely doesn’t hurt his case is that he’s genetically the same person as the guy who is currently performing competently as a point guard for the Memphis Grizzlies.
