Ian Clark utterly failed to capitalize on his bananas 19-point first half tonight. For some reason I was feeling pessimistic while his total in the boxscore kept inching upwards, like I knew this was going to happen. Well, it has, and 21 points isn’t even that exciting. He even had a whole overtime and wasted it by doing basically nothing. Didn’t he score like 38 or something on national TV while the commentators sat and moaned about teams resting players? Seems like so long ago.
Clark has always been one of those players who never really gets any attention. Even in Golden State he was barely noticed. And on my channel, he’s one of the worst performers. I can’t think of many players whose videos draw as few eyeballs as his, and now that I’ve started over, it’s going to be even worse. I would not be surprised if this thing can’t even reach 100 views.
But it’s not about the views. It’s about the scrubs. The scrubs scoring 21 points in real NBA games.
