Jamel Artis 18 Points Full Highlights (4/4/2018)

Fresh off a 16-point performance last game, Jamel Artis continues his surprising play with an 18-point effort. Granted, both of the teams he was facing were tanking so hard they almost tanked themselves into an alternate dimension, but since he himself is probably only worthy of big minutes on a similarly tanking team, I think I’ll give him a pass. I say this every time a player like this scores an amount of points like this, but it takes some skill to do this against other NBA players. No matter if the other NBA players include Kyle Collinsworth.

This was a smooth scoring performance by Artis. He almost literally didn’t do anything else on the court, his only other stat was a single “block” (I looked at it and it was one of those crappy strip non-blocks). Without that stat, he would’ve pulled a Tony Snell. Snell, though, generally looks a lot more unimpressive while scoring his points. Artis, as previously stated, was smooth.

I think it’s safe to say that he’s way better than Wes Iwundu. Magic fans, is that fair of me to say? I don’t want to tread on any toes here in case Iwundu is actually a beast and I’m simply unaware.
