I kind of dumped on Aaron Harrison in the last description I did for him, when he scored 13 last game, and I’m sorry to say that I have to do it again. I’m going to re-dump on him. Because, once again, the only he reason he got stats is because he played tons of unearned minutes.
This time was even worse than last: Harrison played all 48 tonight. He’s the first player to play every minutes of a regulation-length contest this season, because even tanking teams usually try to have a sort of rotation at a position. With his bountiful minutes, he managed these 16 points on 5-for-18 shooting with 1 assist.
He was confident, I’ll give him that. His release looks quicker than before, and he must think that if he pretends he’s Curry that some team will give him a look next season. The few threes that did go in, looked pretty good. It would’ve been nice to see him, you know, actually be good out there, but 16 points without any context looks pretty nice. Maybe just ignore everything I typed, avoid the boxscores and post-game writeups, and watch this video without bias. You might be happier.
