Domantas Sabonis 22 Points Full Highlights (1/11/2019)

I was all ready to go with a theme for this video description: how Domantas Sabonis completely dominated Enes Kanter because Kanter can’t handle somebody with the size and skill near the basket that Sabonis possesses. That narrative went out the window when it became apparent to me while compiling this video that Kanter didn’t even play in this game. (note: I could make a topical, semi-political joke about Kanter’s whereabouts, but I’m not going to. I’m done with that stuff)

Instead, I’ll go over the players that Sabonis DID dominate:

-Luke Kornet. Just way too skinny. Sabonis’ dad was a way better player than Kornet’s dad too.
-Kevin Knox. Rookies don’t usually know how to play defense, so he gets a pass. Maybe he even learned something.
-Mario Hezonja. Not the right size to be a proper Sabonis stopper. Croat-Lithuanian relations could be described as “chilly” right now.
-T.J. Leaf. Is actually on the same team as Sabonis, but often gets dominated by him in practice, to the point where he begs the coach to put them on the same team.
-Kristaps Porzingis. Knew he would get dominated so faked an injury. Wimp.
