The title of this video promises five dunks from Omri Casspi, and I stand by that promise. There are, indeed, five slam dunks in this video. You can verify that for yourself.
However, I do not make any promises as to the quality of these dunks. In fact, I will just put the plain truth out there: these dunks are super lame. It’s like Casspi doesn’t even know how to dunk properly. All the knows how to do is to deposit the ball into the rim with two hands as he’s flying by it. If you were getting ready to unveil your new nickname of “Omridiculous” for Omri, I would recommend waiting for a more appropriate time, because the only thing that’s ridiculous about Casspi is how lame his dunks are.
Now I’m thinking about whether or not I should “ironically” make an Omri Casspi dunkilation at the end of the season. It would be hilariously unwatchable and bad (not to mention short, with only sixteen dunks as of right now), but I could totally trick people into watching it given that he’s Israeli and there’s not a whole lot of Israeli NBA players (hint: he’s the only one. RIP Gal Mekel).
