The Pistons have been feeling good lately. Winning games, playing well, smiles abound in the locker room. I don’t see why they’re so happy about being a low-seed playoff team so they can get swept again, but I guess that’s what they were going for coming into the season, and now they’re achieving it.
All those good vibes looked to disappear suddenly against the Bulls, as they went down by 20-ish around halftime. Reggie Jackson, with his bucket-getting display, dragged them back to within 10-ish in the middle of the third quarter, and got subbed out. He never came back in, and the Pistons won by 8.
That’s a shame, because without Jackson’s 10 buckets (which is a lot, and the whole reason I made this video despite the somewhat unimpressive point total), the Pistons would’ve been down by, like, 40 and never would’ve made the comback. At least put him back in right at the end so he can get some more points and enjoy some of the fun of winning the game.
