Another good game for Alex Len. See this, Suns fans? This is what you’re missing out on: a hard-dunking, sweet-shooting Ukrainian who isn’t a bust at all, but is, in fact, a valued role-player on an up-and-coming young team. A role-player that would be a nice fit on your struggling and directionless franchise. Oh well. Enjoy, uh, Quincy Acy! SNORT.
Hopefully Hawks fans are enjoying him as much as I am. They very well could not be, considering they have to see all the bad stuff he does while I, as a purveyor of highlights and not lowlights, just get to see him dunking and making threes all the time. He did have that bad sequence in that million-overtime game against the Bulls, but are we going to let one game override a whole season of fairly decent play? Len is not a perfect player, not by a long shot, but he’s showing far more than he has in the past and for that, he should be commended.
A big part of his success is that Trae Young is a magician and can just find his bigs for dunks whenever he wants. John Collins is a 20 ppg scorer because of that, and Len could be as well if he got the minutes (I brought this fact up in the last description but once again Len didn’t play enough minutes to put up some serious stats, 20 and 8 in only 20 minutes means more minutes are required).
