Andre Iguodala 15 Points/5 Dunks Full Highlights (4/26/2019)

Bad timing for the Warriors: they got a rare “double-digit scoring game from someone not named Curry, Thompson, Green, or Durant” and didn’t even need it. They really need to save such performances from their role-players for when their four All-star lineup isn’t getting it done. Andre Iguodala scoring 15 is a rare occasion, to be cherished. It shouldn’t just happen while Kevin Durant is dropping 50 and Ralph Lawler is crying because of how embarrassed he is for wasting his whole career with the Clippers.

The same thing happened in game three; Iguodala scored 15 points and the Warriors dominated. But where was he when they were losing? He is the definition of a frontrunner: when things are going good, he chips in a few buckets and pretends like he helped. But when things are going bad, he slinks back into the shadows and prays that Kerr doesn’t put him into the game lest he get exposed at the free-throw line or from behind the arc.

By the way, I still haven’t forgiven him for what he did to the Nuggets. Everyone else may have forgotten, because that was a while ago now, but that Nuggets team was sweet and he was the mole that ruined it all. Just because this dude is nice to the fans and the media and has a squeaky-clean public image doesn’t mean that he ruined a whole franchise for a whole bunch of years and got rewarded for it with a bunch of rings.
