There are a lot of things I’m excited about for the 2019-20 NBA season (which just started by the way if you haven’t been paying attention). A LOT of things. This is gonna be, like, the best season ever, especially when it ends with the Bucks dousing themselves in champagne on account of the championship they just won.
Marcus Morris is not one of those things.
I’m seriously considering just excising both Morris bros from my channel and being done with it. They both occupy that part of fandom where they don’t score enough points for the general public to be excited about them while also not scoring few enough points for DownToBuck to be excited about them. I lose track of which one is better than the other, I guess Marcus is now (26 points is pretty good or something). But who cares? I don’t. There are so many other more exciting things that happened during this slate of games and here I am making a pointless Morris vid for an audience of zero. I’m resentful, actually.
Good on Spurs fans for stepping up and booing him every time he touched the ball. He deserved it, after what he did. Now maybe he can punch out another one of his mom’s boyfriends and get arrested and put in jail forever so we never have to see him, his grating “tough-guy” persona, and his stupid headbands ever again.
