The dream of having made three highlight videos for players with the same last name from the same night of games.
Alright, so that’s not a very good dream. I wouldn’t be, like, super disappointed if this confluence of events had never happened and the trifecta of Robinson highlight videos had never come to pass. I can think of hundreds of other things that qualify as “living the dream” way better than this occurrence. But you have to admit it’s kinda cool. Mitchell Robinson (17 points), Jerome Robinson (21 points), and Duncan Robinson (15 points) all had good enough games on the same night to all get highlight videos.
I think this was close to happening one other time with players named Harris. That was back when I was still making Tobias Harris videos because I couldn’t bear to let him go (I’m still upset that the Bucks traded him for a J.J. Redick rental). Joe Harris was definitely involved that time. Maybe Devin Harris or Gary Harris as well. But I’m too lazy to go scour my archives for the exact details, so I proclaim this trio of Robinson vids to OFFICIALLY be the most unlikely name-related anomaly to ever occur on my channel. You’re actually witnessing history right now.
