Glenn Robinson 17 Points/5 Assists Full Highlights (11/22/2019)

I didn’t really expect it, but Glenn Robinson III is actually looking pretty decent for this injury-ravaged Warriors squad. You always wonder with role-players if their stats would hold up when given a larger role. It’s fun to look at per-36 stats and start extrapolating like crazy, but the real world doesn’t work like that. Except in the case of GRIII. He’s getting thirty minutes per game and he’s actually shooting way better from the field than he ever has in the past (other than the 2015-16 season, which was coincidentally the last time that GRIII had a big role on a team).

Is it sustainable? I don’t have the requisite knowledge to knowledgeably answer that question, but Warriors fans are definitely hoping it’s sustainable. With players like GRIII, Paschall, and Bowman punching above their weight, the Warriors aren’t embarrassingly uncompetitive in every game they play.

If it’s not sustainable, then Warriors games will become even more unwatchable right around the point that GRIII drops off. But it will have been a fun journey, and I will always look back on these GRIII highlight videos with fondness.

By the way, GRIII is pronounced “greeeee”. If you don’t pronounce it that way, you’re wrong.
