I hate to repeat myself, but when I entered into my state of semi-retirement, one of my explicit goals was to avoid having to make way too many videos for a given player in a given season. I wanted to spread the love, so to speak. Not just keep making vids for the same players over and over while my beloved scrubscribers wail “please, no more Terry Rozier videos, he’s not even that good!”
Thanks to the RATs (Remote-access Trojans) that get installed on all you guys’ computers and start spying on you (both video and audio) when you mash that little subscribe button (it’s a YouTube thing, don’t ask me), only about 15 percent of you wailed something either those exact words or something similar when you saw this video pop up in your feed. A further 10 percent of you just threw up your hands in silence and looked pissed. I figured it would be way higher. Maybe because it’s only the second Rozier vid I’ve made this season, but still, we’re now at 33 percent Rozier coverage for the season. 2 vids for 6 games. Way too high. WAY too high.
Personally, when I saw that he had scored 35 (I turned the game off when he was sitting at around 20), I wailed “Why can’t Bismack Biyombo ever score 30!”. Now there would be a video worth watching. 35 points for Rozier is a really nice performance, but it’s not 42, and does anyone really want to sit around and waste the precious time allotted to their unique consciousness by the cosmic void of the universe by watching him make a bunch of threes and floaters? We have a limited amount of experiences that we get to enjoy before our consciousness retreats back into the aether from which it came. Consider if you REALLY think Terry Rozier scoring 35 is REALLY something you want to experience.
