Eric Paschall 20 Points Full Highlights (1/18/2020)

Since I don’t really have any ideas for this Eric Paschall video description, I decided to investigate the college that he went to before Villanova, which was Fordham University in the Bronx. Paschall played his freshman year there before it turned out he was too much of a beast and had to go play for a real school.

The other notable player to come out of the not-so-hallowed halls of Fordam University was none other than a rather famous scrub on the Lakers who was Kobe’s worst enemy. No, it’s not Shaq. I’ll give you some time to come up with the answer.

[SPOILER ALERT: ANSWER IS BELOW. TRY TO THINK ABOUT THE QUESTION BEFORE LOOKING AT IT]

…It’s Smush Parker! The one-time starting guard for the Kobe-era Lakers was also a beast at Fordham, so much of one that he left after one season to declare for the draft. His career turned out to be not much more than a cruel joke that was played out at his expense, but he made some money and his name is forever embedded in NBA legend, so it’s not so bad.

I will say, however, that Paschall seems on track to have a much better career than The Smushy One. He’s already scored roughly 20% of the points that Smush scored in his five-year career, and we’re only half way through his rookie season. The real question is, will Paschall turn out better than the fifth overall pick in the 1955 draft, Fordham legend Ed Conlin? That, I can’t even begin to answer, mostly because I don’t know who Ed Conlin is at all. He sounds white though.
