OFFICIAL DTB APOLOGY: Two days ago, Jeff Green of the Houston Rockets scored seventeen points. I would have made a video, and, in fact, had plenty of time to make the video (there were only four games played across the league that night), but I must have missed his entry in the boxscores, or else unthinkingly disregarded his point total as too low. His point total was not too low. Jeff Green is not a premier scorer in this league anymore (he never has been, but he definitely isn’t now), so any time he scores in the upper teens is a cause for a highlight video.
Yet a highlight video was not made. By the time I realized my error, it was too late, and the next day’s games had already begun. Legions of Rockets fans, and Jeff Green fans, were left with their hunger for Jeff Green highlight videos unsatiated. And it is all my fault.
This apology, issued OFFICIALLY through my official YouTube channel, might only be the first step taken towards repairing the failed bridges between myself and those fans who I have let down. The highlight video uploaded to accompany the apology is the second step. However, many more steps will need to be stepped before the grievous wounds are healed. And even when those wounds do heal, the scar tissue will remain forever. Scarring caused by the incomprehensible absence of what would have been one of the most entertaining highlight videos of all time.
Please accept this apology, fans of Jeff Green, and know that I will do everything in my power to rectify the wrongs which I have so wrongly perpetrated upon you.
