Another game, another sick assist for Nikola Jokic. It seems like he has one, if not more, of those per game these days. Tonight’s pass du jour: an over-the-shoulder flip to a cutting Jamal Murray. He also had a nice one to Gary Harris, but it happened with him facing the player he was passing it to, which isn’t as cool.
I swear, if the NBA doesn’t upload, at the end of the season, a compilation of his best assists (an “assistilation”), I’m going to be one angry dude. Of course, I could do something like that myself, but I’m more of a “show all of his assists over the course of 4 10-minute videos” guy than a “carefully curate only his best assists for a hard-hitting 8-minute dimeilation” guy. Plus, the NBA has access to tons of sweet angles that I don’t have access to, so their video would have the potential to be the filthiest NBA highlight mix on YouTube.
I’m getting hyped now. Make this happen NBA.
