Attention Denver TV production crew people: if the other team commits a stupid turnover so that Denver gets the ball back on the side, and you see Nikola Jokic hustling over to get the ball from the ref so that he can inbound it, DO NOT switch the camera angle to the dummy who committed the turnover or to the player that caused it. JUST DON’T. Keep the wide angle shot, because more often than not Jokic is gonna chuck the ball all the way down the court for an easy assist. This is the like 20-gazillionth time I have missed out on a primo Jokic dime because of overzealous “artists” who think they are creating some sort of “cinematic masterpiece” by having crappy camera angles.
Not to mention that they didn’t even show another one of his assists, preferring to show a closeup of some ugly-ass assistant coach’s face getting interviewed by some chick. I hate to say it, friends, but these highlights have been officially RUINED by the CRUEL ACTIONS of DUMBASSES. If I was in charge, there would be two camera angles in any given basketball broadcast: the normal one, and closeups of cheerleader’s heinies. And that’s the truth.
