The more games like this that John Collins racks up, the more I’m becoming convinced that he could be an All-Star THIS YEAR. Not sometime in the distant future, not next season, but this season. If he continues on this trajectory, he’ll be averaging 20/10 by the time mid-February rolls around. Just saying.

-Kawhi Leonard
-Blake Griffin
That’s it. That’s literally the whole list. The East is super short on talent right now and it would be easy for Collins to take advantage of this fact and sneak into the All-Star game. Except it wouldn’t be sneaking. It would be DESERVED. It wouldn’t be a Jamaal Magloire situation where the voters felt sorry for him or something. It would be legit. And it would be the first of multiple appearances. I’m calling it right now. Nobody can drag me off the John Collins hype train.
