Kevin “Red Scare” Huerter, thanks to a pair of threes in the “time of garbage”, finished this game against the Hornets a perfect 3-for-3 from downtown. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: if you make all your threes in a game, that’s a bad thing, not a good thing. It means that you were hot, but rather than try and help your team win by using your hotness to score points, you desired a nice “1.000” next to your name in the “3P%” column of the boxscore and valued it over your team’s success.
Such selfish performances should not be honored with a highlight video, but here we are. Don’t think that, by compiling and uploading this video, that I am condoning Huerter’s actions. I most certainly am not. In reality, I am trying to publicly shame him, using this description section as a means to enact the change I want to see in the NBA.
More specifically, I want to see Huerter chucking 10 threes a game without remorse.
