Reggie Jackson 24 Points Full Highlights (3/2/2019)

It’s always sad when a player dominates another team so thoroughly that they don’t even get a chance to score the full amount of points their dominant play would imply. Reggie Jackson needed only 21 minutes to score these 24 points (Brandon Knight how’s my ass taste), and by the time he was done the Pistons were thrashing the Cavaliers so soundly that any continued effort by him to score would be considered extremely unsportsmanlike.

Which is stupid, by the way. Why are there these unwritten rules that say teams have to stop trying after a certain point? If Jackson wants to score 40, he should get to stay in and score 50. It’s the Cavaliers’ job to stop him from scoring 60.

In that sense, we were robbed of what would be a legitimately insane highlight video of Jackson likely exceeding his career-high, and instead get this somewhat-cool-but-also-disappointing 24-point video. Still, “somewhat cool” is way better than the usual Jackson vid.
