Devin Robinson 14 Points/3 Dunks Full Highlights (4/9/2019)

Cross another one off the list. I’ve been waiting for a legit Devin Robinson performance for a long time, but even with the ‘Zards having a ton of him games to appear in (164 by my count) over the last two years, he’s barely played. He played all of one game last season, the season finale (sound familiar?), scoring all of one bucket. Things were a little better this season, with appearances coming as early as November. But still, this is only his 8th total game where he actually got to step on the court while the clock was running.

I was hoping that I was right that he would go off in the final game of the season, because otherwise, the fact that I didn’t make a vid of him scoring 10 points in the prior was going to haunt me for the rest of my life. Because there’s no way that he comes back next season, right? That could’ve been my last chance, and I was praying for salvation in this game.

He delivered. He may not have quite played like the combination of Devin Booker and David Robinson like I was expecting, but he scored more points than ever on way more buckets than ever. 14 points, undiluted by free-throws or three-pointers. Real buckets. No fake buckets here, other than the goaltend.
