I would like to start off this description by stating unequivocally, without equivocation, that I am not “salty”, “butthurt”, or otherwise angry about the outcome of game one between the Celtics and the Bucks. The Celtics had a good gameplan, they executed it well, and they won. That’s all there is to it. Since I am able to, at a whim, rise above such feeble human constructs as “team affiliation”, there is no reason at all for me to be peeved about the fact that the Celtics dominated the entire second half and whomped the Bucks by over twenty points.
This is also a good place to remind everybody that Al Horford has been deemed “too good for my channel” for at least half a decade now. That’s why I will not be uploading a highlight video of his performance tonight (a performance where he was solid offensively but absolutely ridiculous on defense). It’s not because I’m buttmad that Horford shut down Giannis and made him into bitchmeat. It’s because Horford is too good to appear on DTB.
Now, onto the subject of this video, Jaylen Brown. He wasn’t the hero in the way that Horford and Kyrie were, but he contributed in his own way. His dunk on Giannis wasn’t as serious a poster as some jubilant Celtics fans would lead you to believe, but it was disrespectful enough that I winced when I saw it happen. Nineteen points is pretty decent, but we all remember how he scored thirty points two separate times in last year’s series against the Bucks, so I’m clenching my cheeks in anticipation of his future scoring outbursts.
Again, I would like to reiterate: I am not mad right now. At all.
