When Bogdan Bogdanovic started this season off slowly, I was totally fine with the fact that the Bucks were barred from completing a trade for him in the off-season. Sure, having a Serb on the Bucks would perfectly align with my interests (pandering to Serbs and supporting the Bucks), but it wouldn’t be as fun an experience if his stats were subpar.
But now Bogdanovic has been playing really well lately and every good game he has sends me deeper into the pit of Serbless sadness that has overtaken my life. He should be having those good games for the Bucks, damn it. Instead, we have Jeff Teague. In a fair world, the Bucks would have Bogdanovic and the Hawks would have Teague, and the Bucks would be the #1 seed in the East on the back of Bogdanovic’s 18/6/6 averages and the Hawks would be dealing with the debilitating presence of Teague (averages: 4/1/4) on the roster. I have yet to discover why the world is so unfair, all I know is that its unfairness knows no limits, and Bogdanovic not being on the Bucks is that most unfair thing that has personally happened to me since my original channel was deleted in 2018.
I don’t even want to think about this video anymore since watching it is like ripping open an old wound with a chainsaw (when the original wound was also caused by a chainsaw) and then pouring lemonade all over the exposed gory flesh, and then cauterizing the wound with a military-grade flamethrower. Truly the most agonizing of all agonies. I can’t take this anymore. Bogdanovic, it’s not too late to demand a buyout and then sign with the Bucks for a minimum contract. God.
