Someone must have informed 76ers commentator Marc Zumoff of the proper pronunciation of Dario Saric’s last name. Just yesterday, while Dario was scoring 21, it was “Sar-itch” this and “Sar-itch” that. Today, it’s more of a “Shar-itch”. Not as pleasing to this ignorant American, but I’m sure the other version was utterly maddening for the Croatians out there.
Was it one of you guys? I swear I saw a comment on the last video (too lazy to check right now) that said something like “it’s shar-ic you dumbass”. Maybe Mr. Zumoff watches my videos and picks up tidbits to use while commentating, including but not limited to proper European-name vocalization? I want to believe.
